Clinical Library has migrated to Customer Journey Analytics as of Nov 14, 2024.

IT may be removing our access to the old Adobe Analytics UI, so please download your 2024 and other historical data ASAP (more info).

2024 data in old analytics is incomplete:

The data collection in Adobe Analytics ended on 11/30/2024. For 2024 data, please use 12/1/2023-11/30/2024 to get a complete year of data, and report on that as 2024. We do not have an easy way to add the 2 systems together as the back end is entirely different.

Adobe Analytics data is a rolling 54 month time frame. Data available in there now is from 05/08/2021 to 11/30/2024.

In CJA, Start your reporting on 12/1/2024 for the first complete month. The data collection started on evening of 11/14/2024. CJA will only retain 13 months of data, so be sure to export locally each year to retain historical data.

How to export your data

 

Options

You can create a report, set the dates for year and export one for each year. (get 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 [12/1/2023-11/30/2024]. Save each year report as CSV/PDF or both to your hard drive. Expand data to 400 rows to save the most data. (the rest is cut off)

For reporting on a single table of content to get ALL the rows, you can create a report, set the calendar to what you want to report on. Create a table using page path (orange) + page path instances (green); add another column for page path instances (green) that has a breakdown by year. Export this table by right clicking at the top, then download as CSV to get up to 50,000 rows (not limited to 400)

You can also drag "year" on a table to break it down by year. If you do this, save another one as 2024 only to combine the data, or just tell people that 2024 is missing 1 month of data.
