We only have 13 rolling months of data for reporting in CJA. In AA, we had 4 rolling years, so this means we need to export and save local copies of the reports each year.
Decide for your group if you want to save yearly reports (2025, 2026, ....), Quarterly reports,Monthly reports.
You can save a year's worth of data every month, or you can save just the month data only. Figure out how you want to report on your content and save your data on a schedule so you don't lose any data.

These reports are based on page load events (page views). When a user clicks a link, a page will load (one page view, in one session by one person). Each time another page loads we get a count on the URL/title/MDE tags, etc. This is the same as Adobe Analytics.
Reports are based on page load events or user click events. Page load reports show how many times each page was looked at on the site. User click events show frequency of user interaction on a single page, like a heat map of the home page showing how often each link is clicked. When you create your report, determine if you want to report on a series of pages (page loads) or just the user behavior on a single page (user clicks).

NEW: These reports are based on link click events, which were not fully implemented in Adobe Analytics. As a user clicks on links or interacts with filters, buttons, etc, we will track the link url, the text on the link, etc. This will help with metrics on 3rd party resources likep UpToDate or Micromedex. We also track the general activity of a click to track a better sense of how the site is being used.
