Good news is that users don't need an account just to view a report. You are now able to share a report using a link with anyone (in or out of KP). Rather than create accounts for everyone, we are only creating them for the people who will be building them in the system.
If you had an account in AA, you probably already have one in CJA. Login and you will see an icon for Customer Journey Analytics if you have access.
If you don't see the icon, then send me an email and I'll ask for your NUID to get the account creation started.
